Good day, may I introduce myself?

I am Paul de Waart and stand for expert customization and a personal no-nonsense approach to all your financing.

My website is in Dutch, but due to my years of experience as a mortgage advisor, I have also arranged a mortgage several times for people who do not speak Dutch. Hence this small introduction page.

I would like to help you with a mortgage and you can contact me to schedule a personal meeting. In it I can explain in English which types of mortgages we have in the Netherlands and which conditions you must meet.

If you do not have Dutch nationality, it is important to have a residence permit. If you come from within the EU, a notification to the registry office and the tax authorities is sufficient.

Even if you do not have a permanent contract, but have been working through an employment agency for at least 1 year, there are already options for getting a mortgage in the Netherlands.

If desired, I can also help you with the purchase of your dream home, arrange tax advice, real estate agents  / appraiser and notary. You will be guided from A to Z throughout the entire purchasing process.
