I have been working as a mortgage and financial advisor for many years. My approach is personal, practical and straightforward. No unnecessary complications, but clear advice and a solution that fits your situation.

Although my website is primarily in Dutch, I regularly assist international clients who are looking to buy a home or arrange a mortgage in the Netherlands. That is why I have created this English page — to give you a better idea of how I can help.

Finding the right home is exciting, but arranging the financing can sometimes be less straightforward, especially if you are new to the Dutch housing market.

I can explain in clear English how the Dutch mortgage system works, which mortgage options may be available to you and what requirements you need to meet.

Your nationality, residency status, employment situation and income all play a role in determining your mortgage possibilities. You do not necessarily need a permanent employment contract. Depending on your circumstances and employment history, there may also be options if you work on a temporary contract or through an employment agency.

I will look at your personal situation and explain your possibilities clearly — including what you can realistically borrow and what your monthly costs will be.

Buying a home involves much more than arranging a mortgage.
